Forgotten password — reset steps

- Use a unique password — do not reuse a password from any other site. A compromised password on an unrelated platform is the most common source of account takeover.
- Enable two-factor authentication — adds a second layer that blocks access even if your password is stolen. Go to Account → Security to enable it.
- Enable biometric login on the mobile app — faster and more secure than typing a password on a small screen.
- Never share your login credentials — Rollxo support will never ask for your password. If someone claiming to be Rollxo support asks for your password, it is a phishing attempt.
- Log out on shared devices — always log out manually before leaving a shared computer or device. Do not use "remember me" on a device you do not own.
